What is Queer Focused event planning?

It is a commitment to organising events that specifically cater to and celebrate LGBTQIA+ couples and community. It includes working with LGBTQIA+ or LGBTQIA+ friendly vendors/suppliers, to make sure that the couple or person feels safe, included and supported throughout the entire planning journey.

Do you only work with Queer couples?

Although I am a queer focused planner I work with all couples straight, gay, bi, pan, trans, gender diverse and everything in between. If you like my vibe and are interested in hiring me no matter who you are I encourage you to reach out.

Why are you a Queer Focused event planner?

Although the wedding industry has been around for a very long time it has only been accessible for same sex couples since 2017. Because of this the wedding industry in Australia has remained largely heteronormative and for the most part not very queer friendly.

I want to be a part of changing that, by providing an inclusive planning journey and safe space for queer couples to have the wedding/event of their dreams.

Do you only plan weddings?

No, although I predominantly work on weddings I am available to assist you with planning all types of events, from baby showers, hens, birthday parties, even corporate events.
